Deliberate Decisions provides personalized and professional support designed to help individuals and families navigate life transitions with confidence and care.

Professional Organizing – decluttering, space planning, and home organization tailored to your needs.
Move Management – coordinating moves, including packing, scheduling, and settling into your new space.
Estate Clearing – assisting families in managing, sorting, and responsibly handling belongings after a loved one’s passing.
Downsizing Services – simplifying and reducing possessions to prepare for smaller living arrangements or lifestyle changes.
Each engagement is customized through a Service Agreement or Proposal outlining the specific scope, timeline, and fee structure.
While we strive for care, precision, and professionalism in every project, the success of an engagement depends on the accuracy of information and timely participation by the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and effective working relationship, clients agree to:
Provide accurate information about the property, timelines, and expectations.
Maintain clear communication regarding scheduling, access, and project goals.
Respect the confidentiality of all materials and methods used by Deliberate Decisions.
We are not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by inaccurate information, lack of access, or changes beyond our control.
3. Engagement & Payment Terms
Before beginning any project, we will provide a written agreement or estimate that specifies:
The scope of work and deliverables
Associated fees and payment schedule
Expected duration of the project
Payment is typically due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services may be paused or terminated in cases of non-payment or breach of agreement.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We treat all client information and personal details with utmost confidentiality.
Information will only be disclosed:
When required by law or court order, or
With your explicit written consent.
We implement appropriate safeguards to protect data in compliance with British Columbia’s PIPA and Canada’s PIPEDA.
However, electronic communications (including email, text messages, or file transfers) involve inherent risks. By communicating electronically, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
5. Intellectual Property
All written materials, digital resources, templates, photos, or systems developed by Deliberate Decisions remain the intellectual property of Jennifer Illsley-Hall unless otherwise stated.
